The Crown Towers Perth had its grand opening on the 1st of December. We were awarded the contract to apply a custom designed stencil effect to the entire undercover valet drive through!
We applied the stencil in a two tone limestone finish to the walkways, matching the travertine tiles throughout the complex.
The driveway continued with the same interlocking pattern, however in a shale grey colour highlighted with a charcoal edge. A pedestrian crossing was incorporated into the surface.
All surfaces are protected with a highly durable polyurethane sealer. A very proud project of ours!
A special job of ours for Albany Career Fire Station.
Located approximately 400km south of Perth, this included the resurfacing of over 800 square metres to the main appliance bay, undercover service area, workshop and storage areas.
Our large volume texture spray machine was used to create the seamless slip-reducing finish in Bluestone. French grey fleck, chevron line markings in yellow were then protected with an extremely durable polyurethane sealer.
Another quality project completed on time and within budget!
P.S. Structures had recently built the new aquatic centre with concrete terraces and seating. Wespray applied a textured slip reducing finish to all steps and landings on the terraces in a neutral concrete colour.
Special measures were put in place including extra barricading and floor protection to ensure no run off or overspray contaminated the swimming pool. This enabled students to use the pool while works were being undertaken.
Wespray on Paving Completed floor resurfacing using the parchem covertex system with an M20 polyurethane sealer covering over 800 m².
Areas coated included the main appliance bays, tunic and hose rooms.
Both projects by Diploma Constructions required a slip reducing service to all corridors/walkways and balconies.
Over 70 balconies and 1840 m² of walkways are covered with a solid French grey colour plus flecks. An edge brick header was applied to the outer edge in gunmetal grey.
Working with the design team at Adventure World, Wespray were commissioned to apply a brightly coloured surface to the concrete around the latest rides and attractions. With safety to visitors being the highest priority a textured slip reducing finish was required that was both kind to bare feet as well as achieving the highest P5 rating on the wet pendulum slip resistance test.
Stair treads, lines and directional arrows were highlighted in a bright contrasting colour for added safety.
Crown Perth Multistorey Carpark Footbridge + ATM Lobby.
Working with P.S Structures, Crown Perth and architects Hame Sharley. This project required a decorative custom designed slip reducing finish to the ramping footbridge. With the help from a surveyor giving reference points , the detailed swirl design was achieved giving a striking feature to the new entrance.
All work was completed within budget.
An extremely hard wearing M20 poly urethane sealer was applied to the finished textured surface.
This has achieved the highest P5 wet pendulum slip resistance certificate.
